    • I do love Non-Violent Communication, and I think the strategies discussed in the book are pretty amazing. It would be hard to get the full value of this approach from just reading a book. For me, it was a nice reminder/refresher of the key concepts, and a strong motivation to keep developing these skills on my own. I look forward to the rest of the books in this series as well!
